The blades of the 5000FCD series captivate not only with their striking Damascus pattern, derived from 49 layers of steel, but also with their hardness of 61 HRC. Both sides feature the typical Honbazuke sharpening for Miyabi knife blades, impressing with razor-like sharpness. The black, elegantly shaped Pakka Wood handles with a steel end cap have red decorative rings at the bottom, which particularly highlight the exotic appearance of the knives in this series. The blade and handle are excellently balanced in each knife, making any cutting tasks easy for the user. Hand washing is recommended.
