The filter process of the Moccamaster Automatic coffee machine is as automated as possible and specifically optimized for brewing a full carafe. Simply add water and coffee grounds, press a button, and let the coffee machine take care of the rest. The automatic drip stop halts the coffee dripping from the filter cone when you lift the glass carafe off the machine. The aroma lid mixes the brewing coffee during the extraction process, ensuring a perfect result. The automatic shut-off enhances safety by turning the machine off after 40 minutes.

The Moccamaster Automatic features two separate heating elements. One element brews the coffee at the optimal filter temperature of 92-96 degrees Celsius. The other keeps the coffee at an ideal 80-85 degrees Celsius until it is ready to be enjoyed.

The coffee machine has a quality certification from the European Brewing Centre (ECBC). All Moccamaster machines are handcrafted with expertise in the Netherlands. Each coffee machine is tested before leaving the factory and comes with a five-year warranty on the housing.
