With the cup, weighing the amount becomes easier, as it can be placed directly on the scale. To fill the coffee into the portafilter, you place the portafilter upside down on the dosing container, then turn everything 180 degrees, and the entire amount of coffee is now in the basket. The dosing cup is suitable for portafilters with a diameter of 57 mm, 58 mm, and 58.5 mm, making it compatible with most professional portafilter machines that have an E61 brew group.
