Product details

With the one-piece springform pan from the 'Profi' series of my basics, you will succeed with cake layers, fruit and sand cakes without any problems. Thanks to the non-stick coating 'Whitfort Xylan' no dough sticks to the mold. The springform pan is made of tinned iron sheet with removable bottom. Turning over the cake is not necessary, because there is a removable expanding ring. The diameter of the springform pan is 28 cm.
