A carbon steel pan is an excellent alternative to non-stick pans, but it does require some care similar to cast iron. This pan gets better with use. For seasoning, we recommend purchasing Muurikka lard along with the frying pan.

The non-stick properties improve with use. The pan is excellent for frying with butter and oil, resulting in delicious flavor and a crispy crust on the food. Please read the instructions carefully before use. The diameter of the opening is 24 cm, the diameter of the base is 19 cm. The height of the pan's edge is 4.5 cm, and the length of the handle is 23 cm.
