The bulbous stainless steel blade combined with a beech wood handle is the striking feature of Opinel Spread Knife No 0117. The special blade shape makes it easy to spread butter, jam or cream cheese. As this type of knife is not sharpened, the risk of injury when using it is minimised. Do not clean in the dishwasher.
