On each side of the Broc Pourer, there is a raised, blue-printed scale. The ergonomic handle with grooves provides a better grip. It is resistant to neutral media, oils, acids, and alcohol. The product is BPA-free and suitable for food according to (EU) No. 10/2011 and FDA § 21 CFR 177.1520. It is very robust and high-quality and can be used in the dishwasher, microwave, and freezer. The spout allows for safe pouring. The first scale is in 50 ml increments with a liter indication from 1/2 to 3 liters. The second scale is in 3/4 US gallons and 5/8 UK gallons.
