No one can guarantee that. It depends on whether the person packing the package is having a good day. If it is missing, you have the right to request the necessary adapter free of charge. - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - - Digitec is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. If the plug is European, we provide the mini adapter that can be clipped onto it, so that the product can be used as if it had a Swiss plug. If this is not the case when you receive the goods, please contact customer service. We will order a mini adapter for you at our expense.

Hello Nadine_s. The slots are pretty much exactly 3cm wide. Whether this is enough for burger buns or bagels, I can't judge, because I don't have either at home. But the toaster is really great and of course a super nice accessory! Greetings rengglad
