The MQ 9 is not compatible with any accessories. It's best to buy the equally powerful MQ 7. It has the same power, Active Blade and all accessories fit. And for less money.

Mine has a 2-pin CH compatible plug. (i.e. none of these impractical adapters are required)

It's the same for me. I also thought I had broken something. But that's not the case and it still works very well.

It is possible that a plug for Germany is supplied, but a suitable fixed adapter for Switzerland is included in the scope of delivery and can be easily fitted so that the device can be used in Switzerland without any problems.

Yes, this appliance also doubles up as a blender. It comes with a 1.25-litre blender/chopper attachment that makes it easy to blend ingredients, including ice cubes and milk for making cold coffees. It has a powerful 1000 W motor and ActiveBlade technology, which makes it easy to blend all types of food, even the hardest ones like ice cubes.

The blender itself should not be placed in the dishwasher. It is advisable to clean it by hand to ensure the longevity of the components. However, most accessories, such as cups and bowls, are often dishwasher safe. It is always a good idea to check the manufacturer's specific instructions.

I haven’t tried it for baby food, but I make smoothies, blitz coffee, nuts, soups and batter for pancakes with it. I’m happy with the soup consistency. Maybe it could work for baby food. Hope this helps.

Hello Ur.sus, the MultiQuick 7 MQ7000X is probably not recommended for this project. It doesn't have a rubberised rim and the blade guard is made entirely of stainless steel. In other words, you will have the same effect as when you "drive around" in the pan with a stainless steel spade. There is a blender attachment for the Braun hand blender. Unfortunately, I haven't had any experience with it, but it seems to be made of plastic, which certainly serves the bottom of the pan better than metal.
