Compatibility with Rivelia (EXAM440.55B)? I received a filter with the machine that is currently no longer available. It fitted perfectly in the holder. The new DLSC002 filter (recommended by DeLonghi support) no longer holds in the holder. Have any of you had any experience with this?

Hello, Is this product compatible with the De'Longhi ECAM 23.420.SB machine? The top of the nozzle (blue part) seems different from the one I received with the machine. Thank you in advance.

Hello ! I have an ECAM 350.35 SB machine, and the cartridges fit perfectly. Unfortunately I am not able to answer for your model, but I am pretty sure it should fit yours.

According to the answers below and the manufacturer's website, the filter also fits the EC685 portafilter. The instructions for inserting the filter are clear. But then, as the last point, it says that the machine must now be informed of the presence of the filter :) However, all the information and videos I could find on this point refer to completely different (more fully automatic) models that have the corresponding menus (and display). Does anyone know whether the last point has to be done on the EC 685/the filter also works without it?

In my opinion, this input (filter present or not) is only used with the fully automatic machine to increase or cancel the time interval of the descaling process. So it should also work without specifying filter present or not above.

Does this filter fit the De'Longhi Dedica EC685.M? (If not, why is it listed under accessories?) I ask stupidly because someone here wrote that there are no filters for portafilter machines.

Good morning Andrea, I have an ECAM 23.420.SB with which this filter was included as a one-off accessory, since when I have been buying it. According to the specification, the filter is intended for 2 months. If the machine is not used for longer, it should be replaced after 3 weeks. I assume that the filters are intended for specified machines. Greetings Rudi
