If you want to make an ovomaltine or hot chocolate with just milk, it seems that the machine is not specifically designed for this. However, it can produce hot milk, which could be used as a base for making these drinks. You could try adding cocoa or ovomaltine to the hot milk produced by the machine to obtain the desired result.

In general, such warranties are always provided by the manufacturer. Sometimes the manufacturer offers a 5-year warranty, and then, for example, the warranty case can be processed by the manufacturer for another 3 years after the two years have expired. However, this can only be confirmed by the respective manufacturer and applies to all products.

The manufacturer does not provide any information on this. This is usually advertised as a feature if the machine can do this. Here you can find all the fully automatic coffee machines we list with this function: https://www.galaxus.ch/de/s2/producttype/kaffeevollautomat-125?filterGrid=expanded&filter=19730%3D1221285

Dear Naomi I don't know what is meant by the second-hand offer. But there were two offers about a year ago that differed by just under CHF 100. The cheaper one was actually missing parts such as the ice container and a few more. If you added up the price of the cheaper machine and the prices of the missing parts, the difference was well over CHF 100. So it was worth buying the more expensive machine. So if you read about missing parts in the second-hand offer, I assume these are the parts you can see on the Digitec page in the fourth picture. Just ask, then you can decide whether you really need these parts. Best regards, Hanspeter
