why there is not accurate length size described on any of this item, I need max. 2m long, which is it exactly because I just received 4m long and its definitely too long, many thanks for help

The De'Longi DLSA012 burner kit is currently not available, can it be replaced by another (manufacturer) that is available? E.g. Elextrolux and which one would fit?

The window kit is available again, but other brands can also be used, they are universal.

Which side of the Velcro is attached to the window? Is it the fluffy one or the one with the hooks?
