I got replacement rollers and filters directly from AliExpress. The stuff comes from there ;) are original parts. You can also buy the cleaning agent directly there. 2 rolls + 2 filters for 22.- delivered in 2 weeks.
So their cleaning agent (possibly included?) is ultra-efficient and also disinfects. And is odourless. However, I have also used other products instead, e.g. for stone slabs. Just use sparingly and don't shake, otherwise it foams. Then pour in clean water again before cleaning in the station.
The Dreame H12 Pro can perform some of the tasks of a hoover, but it is not a complete replacement. Here are some key points to consider:
- Features: The Dreame H12 Pro combines the functions of a hoover and a mop, cleaning floors by sucking up dust and debris while cleaning with water.
- Performance: It is effective at cleaning hard floors, tiles, marble and even stains and hairs, but may be less effective with stickier food or larger debris.
- Limitations: Although it has a variety of operating modes (Auto, Ultra, Vacuum), it's designed primarily for surface cleaning and won't replace a traditional hoover for deep cleaning tasks or spaces with lots of bulky debris.
In short, the Dreame H12 Pro is a versatile tool for cleaning floors, but it won't replace all the functions of a traditional hoover.
I don't have vinyl. But it is supposed to be water-resistant and therefore the device would be suitable because it doesn't really wet but rather damp and immediately extracts again. The damp spot is dry again within seconds. But to be on the safe side, contact the manufacturer.
Yes, you can use it in vacuum mode without filling the tank with clean water. This mode allows you to vacuum liquids or dry dust, although the system is optimised for use with water and prolonged use without water is not recommended to preserve the filter and brush.
No, it's not a problem with the settings, but I think it's a problem with this model (h12). I've taken it to the service centre 3 times now and they've "repaired" it, only for it to start up again after a few days.
The brush sucks up liquids well (for example, a full glass of water will be sucked up in 2 seconds).for hairs, it's better to vacuum first with a robot.wet hairs are harder to pick up.The Dreame H12 is an excellent product, the big advantage being that it automates the cleaning of the roller and dries it while the H12 is recharging on its base.no smell and always available.

The wet cleaner is generally suitable for hard floors such as tiles, stone and other hard surfaces, but it is not specifically recommended for oiled parquet floors, as the moisture and heavy cleaning could damage the oil finish. Caution is advised for wooden floors with sensitive surfaces such as oiled parquet.
Yes, this hoover is pet hair friendly. It's designed to effectively remove tangled hair with a resilient scraper that cuts and removes the hair from the brush, transferring it to the dirty water tank for a smooth clean. It's also highly effective at sucking up pet hair and everyday pet-related dirt, such as mud marks or spills. Several users confirm its effectiveness with dogs and the ease with which the brush can be cleaned after use.
Hello,
I've never descaled it with a product, just a little white vinegar from time to time in the clean water tank. Otherwise I avoid letting the water stagnate.
Hello,
The Dreame brand does not mention anything specific about the type of water to use in the H12 Pro. However, if you have very hard water at home, we recommend using demineralised water to prevent limescale build-up in the appliance's tanks and pipes. This will extend the life of your wet cleaner.
Have a good day too!
It could be one of several things:
1) The area is particularly dirty.
2) The water tank may not be full and the brush is running dry.
3) You may need to clean the appliance (manually, not just on the base). This is because the appliance contains a metal scraper that traps a lot of hair/dust but which settles there. You have to remove the brush roller and clean the area with the brush supplied.
From time to time, I also like to clean the brush manually with a detergent and rinse it well. Then I place it on the base to dry.
I hope this helps!
The Dreame H12 Pro can also vacuum without washing, but the suction function is primarily designed to collect liquids; it cannot be used as a simple dry hoover separately from the washing function. Therefore, it cannot be used exclusively as a hoover without activating wet cleaning.
No solution for me
Dreame's after-sales service is very good. Send an email with video and / or photos. Solutions or a return label will be proposed 😀🌞
It is not specified whether detergents from other models can be used with this wet cleaner, nor whether there is a dedicated scented formula. However, the product does include a 500 ml floor cleaner sold separately, suggesting that it is advisable to use detergents specifically for this model. For precise information on the use of alternative detergents or scented formulas, it is advisable to consult the manufacturer or user manual directly.
