I use my Dreame on two floors and the mapping works really well. BUT after 4 months of very intensive use, I find it quite cumbersome to carry the robot up and down each time because it has to wash and empty the mops regularly. In my case, it is set to return to the base station every 15 m² - with around 100 m² on the upper floor, that's a lot of back and forth. On the ground floor, where the base station is located, everything runs completely automatically without me having to do anything. As I'm super happy with the cleaning performance of my Dreame, I've now bought a second, less expensive Dreame during Black Friday - the L40s Pro Ultra for the upper floor/bedroom. Overall, it's not as dirty there as on the main floor with the kitchen and entrance, so the cheaper robot should be able to clean there without any problems. I'm still waiting for delivery, but I think this will be a perfect solution: no more carrying up and down, and I can also leave the robot running upstairs when I'm not at home.

The Dreame X50 Ultra Complete is equipped with several functions that allow it to be used efficiently in multi-storey condominiums without having to move the base station. ## Multiple floors and base station - The robot can clean on different floors without having to move the base station. However, the base station must remain in a fixed location, as the robot must return there after cleaning to recharge and empty itself. ## Return to the base station - When cleaning is finished and the base station is on another floor, the robot will attempt to return to the base station. The X50 Ultra Ultra Complete has advanced laser navigation (LiDAR) and VersaLift navigation, which enable it to overcome obstacles and steps of up to 6 cm. This means that it is able to navigate between floors to return to the base station, provided the steps are no higher than 6 cm. ## Behaviour if the base station is lost - If the robot cannot find the base station, it will not drive around looking for it all the time. Instead, it will head for a safe place and wait there until it is brought to the base station manually. The X50 Ultra Complete's comprehensive app also makes it possible to control the robot manually and guide it to the base station if necessary. Overall, the Dreame X50 Ultra Complete is well suited to multi-storey homes, thanks to its advanced navigation and ability to negotiate obstacles.

Yes, that's absolutely true. Since the station washes your mops with hot water and dries them with hot air, extreme humidity builds up in the closed cabinet. Without an open back panel or ventilation slots, you risk heat accumulation, musty odors, and mold growth on your furniture.

Yes: When the robot is in the station, it is 8.9 cm high with the sensor lowered, so the slot opening should be at least 9 cm high above the floor. Important: The station itself is significantly larger and requires additional space; however, for the robot to simply move in and out, the robot's height of 8.9 cm is primarily relevant.

We ourselves have no personal experience with the Dreame X50 and for this reason we cannot answer the question. For oiled parquet, a vacuum mopping robot is generally suitable, provided that little water is used for mopping, a suitable parquet cleaner is used, and the floor's maintenance intervals are still observed. This should ensure that neither the oil layer nor the parquet will be damaged in the long term.

You probably mean this limescale inhibitor module: https://dreame.de/products... This only needs to be replaced every few years. I have not found the module here at Digitec or at Dreame Switzerland. However, I did find it at Ali Express and Temu. Just google it: Dreame limescale inhibitor

Often our purchase price is also different for each colour; for our system / our suppliers, each colour is a separate product, so to speak. Unfortunately, this can mean that although we charge the same margin, the final sales price is lower or higher than other colours.

According to our information, the X50 Ultra Complete includes the following: - 1x cleaning agent - 3x dust bag - 3x filters - 2x side brushes - 1x main brush set - 12x mop pads As we have different suppliers and purchase prices for the colours, the price may differ for the colour version.

I have a separate wifi for such devices that does not reach into the whole flat. Despite this, the remote control just doesn't work. It needs a permanent connection for this. You can also specify several wifi networks (supported by the device), but I have never tested it.
