Digitec (or any other Swiss retailer) is obliged to supply electrical appliances with a Swiss plug. Of course, the Hoover vibrates (somewhat). This is caused by the rotating brush with the relatively hard bristles and the somewhat uncomfortable running of the asynchronous AC motor (system-related).
However, this is a side effect and is NOT part of the operating principle as it is, for example, with the 'beater vacuums' from the '70s, where the air flow causes three or four rubber bands to vibrate,

We vacuum the mattresses with the unit. We didn't think about the UV light. The UV light goes downwards and is supposed to disinfect the mattress against bugs etc. You have to press the corresponding button for this. You have to press the corresponding button, but it would also work without it.
