No, unfortunately we cannot offer this one individually.
The pasta attachments can only be cleaned dry with the brush provided, after you have let any dough residue dry (works well with the roller, not so well with the tagliatelle cutter, spaghetti attachment not yet tried). They must not be immersed in water at all, so cannot be washed by hand or in the dishwasher. I was told that this is the case with many pasta machines to prevent mould from forming inside.

No, the attachment only fits KitchenAid KSM 150 / K45 / K90. In general, it is not possible to attach pasta attachments to the KSM7990 due to the protective grid.
