The Tefal spare part number is SS-994382, but you can also use the spare plate for the Krups FDD95D, they are identical. The spare part number there is TS-01040300.

This product comes with one set of plates. They are removable and therefore dishwasher safe, but unfortunately you cannot replace them with another set of plates.
