It's not like a wet vacuum cleaner from Bissel, for example. But at least you can filter out the dirt....and it works great on hard floors. Just one path after the other... the nozzle is not that wide.

Normally the plug is Swiss; otherwise the product is supplied with a mini-adapter.

Hello Vulcan15, yes, you can use this machine as a normal hoover. But by replacing the water collection container, it can also be used as a wet cleaning device. In other words, it can be used as a wet cleaner.
The EU version does not have a Swiss plug, but we supply a suitable Schuko adapter.
The adapter is always provided by digitec for eu devices. If you do not receive an adapter, you can report it and one will be sent to you free of charge.

Hello the original plug is a Schuko plug with a Fix adapter that complies with the Swiss standard SEV 1011 a.
Unfortunately, we are not able to procure spare parts for this.
