In order to guarantee delivery as much as possible, we purchase our products from different suppliers. Each supplier offers different prices, so there may be price differences. This can have various reasons, higher purchase prices for smaller quantities or additional import costs.

In the case of product revisions and associated releases of new versions within a product type, manufacturers often use the same manufacturer number and usually also the same global article number (GTIN) of the predecessor (as is the case here). The latter is used for the electronic identification of products, with which our items are booked into our incoming goods department and which is also used to control shipping. As our warehouse is largely automated and we aim for the fastest possible processing between order and delivery, it is unfortunately not possible for us to control which version (up to 400 °C or up to 450 °C) is ultimately dispatched.

No, unfortunately not. This would be the right slider, but you can use any other, just make sure it is wide enough. Essge pizza peel 6881620

Hello, the stone is cordierite. I also use Casapulla biscuit, which is ideal for Neapolitan pizza. It is absolutely superior to the Sage and also to the Man Volt and not only for price/quality ratio I was very sceptical about the performance of this oven, but after the first few pizzas I changed my mind. Buy it and enjoy. Regards Arturo
