I've had mine outside in the garden for years. As long as it is protected from the wind, it actually works well. The heating performance is very good. Unfortunately, so is the energy consumption! The heating radius is also relatively small. However, I am satisfied with it! 👍
The heating works perfectly for me (approx. 4 hours without interruption), but of course it is not possible to operate a raclette oven at the same time.
Unfortunately, even on the manufacturer's site and in the user manual, nothing is written about this. I am sorry.
However, maybe someone has tested this and can leave you an answer.

I have mounted the radiant heater on the terrace on a wooden beam under the roof. It is also extremely quick to remove (loosen 2 screws) in case you don't need it in winter. The radiant heater is super; really a top device. The price-performance ratio is absolutely right.

The unit can be used without additional installations or safeguarding by a specialist.
The infrared radiant heater Veito Blade S 2500 is suitable for closed, wind-protected rooms. No draught!
The deluxe adapter looks great, but it is not absolutely necessary for both wall and ceiling mounting. I recommend "andurilwinterthur" to order the radiant heater for the time being and to order the wall adapter "Deluxe Adapter" later if necessary. However, the price of the "Deluxe Adapter" of CHF 85 is too high in relation to the price of the "Veito Blade S 2500" radiant heater of CHF 299.
