That's possible, even dry. But basically it is a blender and not a mill. Oat flakes, for example, also work, but there is no very fine flour.
We have been using the appliance for a long time and are satisfied. The closure is not a problem, but it could certainly be better.

I assume you mean the E310. I can't tell the difference.
A few years ago I also bought the E310 here for 4xx. Super device, I can recommend it!

It is not repaired in the USA, it is done by a service centre that works together with Digitec.
