Hello everyone! If there is a defect, do you have to send the part to America or will it be repaired in Switzerland? Has anyone had any experience with repairs? Thanks for your answers!

Just stick to the warranty process and everything will be fine :-)

It is not repaired in the USA, it is done by a service centre that works together with Digitec.
