    Does not meet my expectations at all

    Unfortunately, not at all what I expected. The description says that the machine is "All metal", but it is made of cheap-looking plastic. When I wanted to return it, I could not do so online, because a return is no longer possible with opened package.

    The machine has a German plug, so I have never experienced that a purchased product in Switzerland has a DE plug and with the adapter it looks really silly and blocks all 3 plugs in the socket.

    The coffee output does not yet work as expected. Use Mastro Lorenzo pods, but after a few seconds the coffee just drips out and it sounds like the machine can not press the water through the pad (pressure builds up in the machine and water drips out next to the portafilter). Am there but still experimenting. The coffee, of course, does not meet my expectations at all.

    Currently, I regret the purchase and can not recommend it at all.

    Design and price are convincing, but everything else not at all.

    Actually, it is a very pretty espresso machine with high-quality workmanship and sensible features. But unfortunately, that's about it. All other functions are rather below average (and that's what really matters).

    The coffee     is drinkable, but not even close to a good barista espresso or a Bialetti coffee. Especially with the matching grinder, which grinds much too coarsely, the espresso unfortunately becomes very watery and doesn't really taste good. Neither pressure nor temperature seem to be right.

    However, I find the milk frother worse: With this, you can only produce something similar to milk foam with a lot of practice and luck. In addition, the rod is much too short and, in my opinion, awkward to clean.

    Another small minus point is the collection container at the bottom. You can remove it for larger cups (which is still a bit tight in terms of height), but then it lacks a drip tray for coffee and water residue, which inevitably makes every espresso a messy affair.

    Good espresso / already broken after a good 3 years.

    The machine was used exclusively in the camper and not very often. However, the machine now runs like a leaky garden hose after a good 3 years. The two white "valves" apparently have hairline cracks on the inside of the "knees". But since the machine makes good espresso and fits so well in the "compartment" in the camper, I give it another chance and bought a new one - this time with warranty extension to 5 years - hope it does not disappoint me again ...
