From cold-brew to French-press to filter, this machine can grind beans for almost any type of coffee. The lever and the Skalla can be adjusted / read well but there is a hack: Fineness!
As soon as you approach espresso the machine does hard to get the beans fine enough - even on the finest setting I get the coffee grounds as fine as I would like him.
Not a big deal since I use this grinder alongside a Dedica espresso machine, which uses pressurized strainers. For non-pressurized sieves it is mostly unfortunately but too coarse ground.
Appearance is top! Even with the expensive grinders I could find so far few that look so good - too bad that the grinder is not as good as the look.

A very, very big disappointment. I really feel this product is a failure of quality control team - they should use it sometime.
I use DeLonghi (great) machines for 20+ years in home and office and this one is an exceptionally bad experience.

The design is convincing, but not everything else. The machine is moderately loud and unfortunately only grinds relatively coarsely - even at the finest level. For espresso or mocha, the grind is unfortunately only of limited use or not at all.
The operation is somewhat awkward, as you "have" to use either the container provided or the insert for the coffee presses. So you can't just use a different container, otherwise the switch won't be activated.
It is also a pity that despite the holder for the coffee presses, a good part of the ground coffee ends up next to the press container.

Well-built machine. I like the look and feel.
So far, its performance has matched the snazzy looks.
