KitchenAid vegetable slicer
KitchenAid vegetable slicer
Here it is, the new vegetable slicer with the plastic spacing in the grating surfaces. Who came up with this idea? Everything gets squashed and there is a lot of waste. The grating inserts are completely unusable! The two-part attachment is also completely unusable. I have stored everything in the cellar and continue to use the old grater inserts.
Has anyone at Kitchenaid tested this before? Probably not!
I would gladly return this crap.

Have ordered this because he fell off me and broken.
The machine were already not sharp but have the vegetables more zermanscht. Have hoped that these are better, unfortunately in vain.
Since the name KitchenAid is probably the only good.
Since I was also not satisfied with the machine, I have sold the whole Karsumpel.
KitchenAid never again.

- You need far too much force
- vegetables get caught behind the grater
- this makes the grater difficult to dismantle
If I hadn't got it for 50%, I'd give it back immediately.

Unfortunately, the transparent tube has already broken off on 2 models. We often used the grater for cucumber salad or parmesan, but unfortunately the glue doesn't really hold and the entire structure breaks off. After that, unfortunately, it can no longer be used. A pity.
