Doesn't cool anything...
It is clearly a scam. The fan only cools you if you are 2cm away from it, otherwise don't expect to have a cool room... on the contrary you'll suffer an unbreathable tropical jungle atmosphere.

No better than a fan!
Switched on for 2 hours in a room of 12 m2. Cooled down only 1 degree and a very high humidity of 65 percent. It felt tropical. A bad buy on my part!

In a desert it might be of some use...
So at a temperature of 25°C and an RH of 55% in summer, this fan does absolutely nothing. The temperature may drop by 1 degree, but the RH is increased massively and very quickly, making the room climate even more unpleasant than before.
Even if you always fill it with ice, it does nothing... This product only makes sense in very dry regions, e.g. in a desert...Contra
