Super invention: the radiators can be controlled from anywhere.

We heat our vacation home this way. When we are away, we set it to 11 ° and about 12 hours before we go, we heat it to standard (our setting about 21 °). Easy programming via mobile phone/tablet or PC for the settings.

    Contra

    • The batteries are used up after about 1/2 year.

Too expensive for too little quality

Too expensive for too little quality

    8 pieces, with 2 centres

Battery quickly empty, despite new valve - also already replaced netatmo thermostat, now the problem on another HK.
so - Netatmo thermostat - ballaballa!

    2
thermostats - Netatmo - display error, turns black, barely legible.
Return process too cumbersome, support - miserable !!!

Buy something else, save your money - do yourself a favour.

Legrand is not interested in the problem of customers, APP - and / or with Apple Homekit.
Only set up Homeassistant when everything is ready - INCL TEMP & schedules & ROOMS - otherwise they will lock themselves in the Netatmo APP account or in Legrand and you will only get FM Error XX - without further information, and no TEMP plans can be created / assigned.

Solution, delete and reset everything in the web account and locally in the installation. Then set up again.
As LAST !!!, if really finished - transfer to homeautoprogs with API key from Legrand.

    2 years shelf life

Unfortunately, I have installed several of these Netatmo thermostats at home, after about 2 years they all had the problem that every battery I used died after 48 hours.
So I bought new ones, after 2 years the same problem.
I switched back to the manual thermostats, which worked before and still do today.

    Pro

    • Simple installation
    • nice app

    Contra

    • Batteries are a hassle to use
    • Product is defective after 2 years

Used to be good, but currently rubbish

They used to be good, but they break like nothing else after 2-3 years. Display defective, no warranty, support from France is sluggish and hardly interested.

I would definitely recommend other products, we will be switching
away. We've had nothing but trouble and little benefit.

    Contra

    • App/Web interface reacts slowly
    • Unclear web interface
    • Thermostats older than 2-3 years break down fairly quickly
    • Battery change mandatory after at least 1/2 year

    Poor product quality

The idea behind the product is great, an intuitive app regulates or reduces energy consumption.

However, it has to be said that the valves are of lousy quality, 3 out of 6 valves are already defective after 3 years. The
detection of open windows has also never worked.

    Pro

    • Reduce energy consumption
    • Great app

    Contra

    • Product quality
    • Expensive
    • Battery consumption

    Great concept

Worth it if you are a bit of a geek but not sure I made the right choice when it comes to saving money. Batteries and replacing valves probably offsets and economy on heating.

    Pro

    • Control your house heating precisely from a distance
    • Great app with lots of information

    Contra

    • Thermostats require regular batteries changes using non rechargeable batteries
    • About 1 in ten thermostats stop working properly after about a year
