The Cronometro R machines not only allow for a direct water connection but also come equipped with a practical shot timer. This timer is discreetly integrated and starts as soon as you activate the brew group lever for the espresso shot. After the desired 20-25 seconds, you can stop the extraction without having to count. The portafilter is a dual boiler with a rotary pump for both the water tank and direct water connection, as well as a PID for adjusting the boiler temperature.
