Versatile hot display counter with 3 shelves. The hot display counter from Royal Catering's gastronomy range is ideal for keeping and presenting various foods and dishes warm. The heated display ensures that your guests at the buffet in hotels, cafes, or restaurants always have fresh and ready-to-eat meals.

Inside the heated display, there are 3 shelves where you can showcase your products. The shelves, with a distance of 9 cm between them, are mounted on rails integrated into the interior of the unit. If needed, the distance of the bottom shelf can be adjusted to a lower position, allowing for taller containers to fit in the heated display. Each shelf provides ample space with a surface area of 56.6 x 30 cm.

The interior of the hot display can be heated to a temperature between 0 - 85 °C using a quick and powerful heating element of 1,000 watts. You can conveniently set the temperature via an easy-to-use control panel, which is precisely maintained by an accurate thermostat. The heated display is made of sturdy stainless steel, with the front and back covered in tempered glass. The front is accessed through two sliding glass doors for easy retrieval of food or for restocking.
