The dough intake of the pasta maker is 18 cm wide. Sprinkle the dough with flour to prevent sticking or tearing, then crank the dough through the machine. Adjust the dough thickness, which can be set from 1 to 14 mm using the rotary knob, and crank it again. Repeat this process until the dough reaches the desired thickness. The actual pasta production is done with the cutting attachment of the manual noodle machine. Depending on whether you want to serve house-made tagliatelle or fettuccine, turn the rolled-out dough with the motor drive of 550 W through the corresponding cutting knives for 3 or 9 mm-wide pasta strips. The finished noodles can be hung up to dry or cooked fresh immediately. The noodle maker is made of high-quality stainless steel and nickel-plated steel, making it highly durable, easy to clean, and resistant to rust and corrosion. Four non-slip rubber feet ensure maximum stability and safe pasta production every time.
