With a power of 500 W, the sauce dispenser quickly reaches the desired temperature. You have six different temperature settings available, ranging from 35 to 99 °C, which can be easily adjusted using a rotary knob. For optimal heat transfer, a water bath is initially heated, which then transfers the temperature to the container with the sauce. This ensures even heat distribution and allows for easier replacement and cleaning of the sauce container.
