The integrated precision conical burr grinder automatically grinds, doses and tamps 22 grams of freshly ground coffee for maximum flavour. The pressure relief valve limits the maximum pump pressure during extraction, helping to avoid bitter flavours; the pre-infusion gradually increases the water pressure to gently expand the grind for even extraction.
