The same yarn as for Double Sunday, but with PetiteKnits' own color palette. The different colors can be excellently mixed. Double Sunday is our thickest yarn made from 100% merino wool. A perfect basic yarn: thick and not superwash treated. The yarn can be knitted with a single strand or double strands. It also works wonderfully together with Tynn Silk Mohair. Merino wool is not only excellent for thermal insulation, but it also wicks moisture away from the body due to the structure of its fibers and retains warmth even when damp. Wool can absorb up to 30% of its own weight in water before it feels wet. Our suppliers guarantee that our wool does not come from sheep that have been subjected to mulesing.
