The Severin WA 2103 waffle maker is ready for use after a preheating time of about eight minutes. Once the set temperature is reached, the green readiness indicator lights up. The non-stick baking surfaces only need to be lightly greased with high-temperature resistant oil or fat at the beginning of the baking process. The baking time is approximately two to three minutes, depending on the consistency of the batter and the selected temperature setting.
