5-layer multi-layer material. The outer layer is made of induction-suitable 18/0 stainless steel, with an inner layer of 18/10 stainless steel and a triple aluminium core. It has a double, mineral-based non-stick coating for maximum abrasion resistance and an optimised non-stick effect for a long service life. PFAS-free, with a raised stainless steel honeycomb structure. Suitable for metal spatulas, it offers optimum heat distribution and is compatible with all hob types, including induction. Ovenproof, with a closed pot and a spout rim, with a diameter of Ø 28 cm and a height of 6.1 cm.
