With the stainless steel ice plate, you can prepare homemade ice cream in just a few minutes. The process is incredibly simple: Place the Ice Cream Rolls Maker with the stainless steel plate facing down in the freezer for 8 to 12 hours at approximately -18 °C. Remove the ice plate from the freezer and pour the previously mixed mixture thinly onto the frozen plate. After 3 to 5 minutes, the liquid will solidify and can be rolled into thin ice rolls with the spatulas. Place these in a bowl or glasses. Our tip: It works best with base ingredients that have a high fat content.

For your favorite ice cream, mix the base ingredients from the included instruction manual in a bowl and add your personal flavor, such as cocoa powder, fruit puree, vanilla extract, and much more. There are no limits to your creativity. You can also choose your toppings completely individually: a spray of whipped cream, fresh fruits, sprinkles, nuts, cookies, chocolate… – or simply enjoy it plain, as the ice rolls themselves are already a real treat.

The ice cream maker is not only suitable for homemade ice cream or ice rolls but can also be used to prepare fruit sorbet or frozen yogurt.
