Instructions for use: Rinse the new baking tray thoroughly and wipe dry, spread a thin layer of cooking fat or butter on the inside before each use, or sprinkle with flour. Do not use sharp-edged kitchen utensils with metal parts, never cut directly into the baking tray! Do not overheat the empty baking trays! Allow to cool after each baking process, wash out with normal cleaning agents, do not use wire sponges or scouring sand, allow to soak if heavily soiled. Suitable for electric, gas and convection ovens. Dishwasher safe, but it is recommended to limit or avoid dishwasher washing to maintain perfect functionality and appearance.
