Instructions for Use:

1. Remove the old insole from the shoe.
2. Cut the HEAT3D to the desired size at the marked points. Be careful not to cut through the power cable and heating element under the foot.
3. Place the HEAT 3D insole in the shoe.
4. Run the power cable along the heel up to the calf.
5. Connect the power cable to the Therm-ic C-PACK batteries – done!
