The SP-650 stone sharpener allows for the adjustment of the grinding properties of the original grinding stone or Blackstone Silicon. These grinding stones have customizable grinding characteristics for grits ranging from 220 to 1000. The fine side of the stone sharpener offers finer grinding properties, while the coarse side is used for maintaining the grinding stone and reactivating the grit for more effective and coarser grinding.
