The Turk freeform hot-forged iron pan is particularly suitable for searing steaks and slow braising. Before the first use, season the pan to create a natural non-stick coating. Each pan from Turk is unique, made from a single piece of iron. It is compatible with all types of cooktops (electric, ceramic, gas, induction, open flame). Important: The cooking surface must be the same size as the bottom of the pan to avoid damage. The pan is scratch and cut resistant and has an exceptional lifespan.
