The tamper is needed when thick ingredients need to be pushed down towards the blades in the Vitamix. It features a robust design made of black plastic. Thanks to its special construction, contact between the tamper and the blades is excluded when used properly. The small tamper, measuring 24.2 cm in length, is suitable for the 0.9 l container with the dry blade and the 0.9 l container with the wet blade.
