The Westmark pitter is a combination pitter made of plastic, stainless steel, and aluminum, designed for efficient pitting of cherries and plums. It allows for the simultaneous pitting of two cherries and prepares plums with a cross knife for immediate use in cakes. Equipped with a robust base, the device provides stability and safety while processing up to 20 kg of fruit per hour. The included 4-piece wear part set ensures durability and includes a replacement spiral spring and three scraping plates.
