The fruit press features a high-quality pressing basket made of visually appealing beech wood. It has a maximum capacity of 6 liters, allowing for the production of plenty of aromatic juice. Please note that spindle presses are designed only for further processing of a mash. This refers to fruit that has already been finely crushed and is then filled into the fruit press to be juiced. Whole fruits cannot be processed by this type of press. Therefore, for example, apples and pears should first be processed into mash. Whole, halved, or quartered fruits cannot be pressed.

Each type of fruit requires its own preparation method. For instance, grapes should be crushed beforehand. This can be done with a fruit mill or by hand. Pome fruits must be cored beforehand.
