Product details

This kitchen knife is one of the absolute classics from Windmühlenmesser. It features an elongated, traditionally oval handle and has been part of our range for over 80 years. Naturally, it is ground in our "Solingen thin grind" and hand-finished. The blade is made of non-stainless steel with a hardness of approximately 56-57 HRC (Rockwell hardness). Blade length is approximately 85 mm, and overall length is about 185 mm.
