The WMF Grand Gourmet Filleting Knife, 16 cm, is a high-quality kitchen knife that impresses with both performance and design. The blade of the knife is made from corrosion- and acid-resistant special blade steel, which has been hand-forged and refined with the unique WMF Performance Cut.
