It is ideal for convex blades, as the Ken Onion Work Sharp is designed to always sharpen convexly. By adjusting the angle, you can determine the degree of convexity. Tip from Yonc: It is recommended to read the very good, German-written user manual, which is even quite entertaining. The manual contains very valuable information that will enable you to achieve excellent results from the start.
