Ideal for separating bones and skinning meat or poultry. Tendons and fat can be easily removed.

The knives are forged from a single piece of stainless steel (chromium molybdenum vanadium) and fit comfortably in the hand. They are optimally balanced for fatigue-free cutting. The handle scales made of special plastic are permanently riveted, seamlessly mounted, and thus hygienically flawless.
