  • The small chef's knife (ultra-sharp blade, 16 cm) is an all-purpose knife for fine cuts on smaller foods. It is suitable for cutting, chopping, weighing and transporting all foods such as fish, meat, vegetables, salad, herbs or fruit.
  • The durable Solingen blade of the kitchen knife (professional chef's knife) receives the final polish by hand, i.e. its cutting, ultra-sharp blade. The double-sided weighting of the handle (double bolster) ensures a secure and comfortable grip.
  • Ergonomic handle thanks to the small curvature in the front area, the non-slip handle scales lie particularly securely in the hand. The easy-care handle is seamlessly riveted with stainless steel rivets and looks great in any kitchen.
