The Zwilling special melt impresses with the optimal balance of chromium and carbon content – the secret of a particularly high-quality steel. Friodur marked knives are refined through a special ice hardening process that determines their quality. They are exceptionally long-lasting, corrosion-resistant, and flexible. The bolster ensures the right balance and also acts as a finger guard, preventing slipping from the handle to the blade.
