2. Heller HRO 2511
The Heller Radiator HRO 2511 is a powerful oil-filled heater equipped with 11 fins, providing a heating output of up to 2500 watts. We would like to point out that due to the EU Directive 2009/125/EC of the European Parliament, which came into effect on January 1, 2018, we had to limit the rotation angle of the thermostat on-site (approximately 90 degrees) to comply with the requirements for the environmentally friendly design of individual room heaters; otherwise, the device could no longer be sold as a wall-mounted unit.
Due to this limitation, the device can no longer heat a room to a "comfortable temperature level for humans" (only up to a maximum of 16 °C), which means it no longer falls under the scope of the directive.
This means that in rooms above 16 °C, the device will not turn on at all, and the indicator light will not illuminate. This has no impact on the actual function of the device to keep a room frost-free. This limitation is described in the operating manual.
